Welcome to the Twelve Tribes Enterprise website. We are happy that you have joined the Twelve Tribes Enterprise and look forward to working together to see the dream come true. The following describes the rules for using the website and our privacy policy. The services provided through the website are subject to the terms and conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions. Browsing the website and any other use of it constitutes agreement to these rules and a commitment to act in accordance with them. The rules may change from time to time, and you should update the Terms and Conditions each time you access the website. The Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement for all purposes.

The masculine form of these regulations is for convenience only, and the regulations apply equally to both sexes.

  1. general.

The website (hereinafter: " the website ") is operated within the framework of the Twelve Tribes Enterprise (hereinafter: " the Enterprise "). The website serves, among other things, as a platform for joining groups, ordering products, and displaying information about the Enterprise's activities.

  1. Agreement to the terms.

The mere use of the site, including browsing it, registering for groups or placing orders, constitutes your agreement to the terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the site. The right to use the site is for anyone who has reached the age of eighteen. A minor who performs actions will be considered a minor who has received the permission of his parents/guardians for this purpose.

  1. Changes to the Terms of Use.

The factory reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time, without prior notice. You must update the regulations each time you access the site.

  1. Use of the website. 

It is prohibited to use the site for illegal, offensive purposes or those that are contrary to the values of the enterprise.

  1. Site content and intellectual property .
  • All content on the site, including, among other things, the site design, texts, images, videos and code, constitute the intellectual property of the factory, its agents or third parties, unless otherwise stated. This content may not be copied, distributed, shared, published or used unless prior written consent has been given by the factory.
  • Use of the site and reliance on its contents is at your sole risk. The factory and the site management disclaim all liability of any kind for damages caused as a result of use of the site, the contents written therein, their use and their direct or indirect consequences.

  1. Registration for groups.

Registration for groups via the site or in any other way related to the enterprise is subject to approval by the enterprise and/or group administrators. The enterprise reserves the right to refuse a request to join or remove a participant from a group without the need for justification. In addition, the enterprise does not undertake to conduct screening of participants in groups or the community in general. The enterprise and the site management disclaim all responsibility for the content published or shared in the groups, for any activity carried out in them, and for any damage caused as a result of joining the group or in connection with the group.

  1. Ordering products and services.

The Site allows ordering of products (" Purchase ") as well as joining retreats/meetings (" Services ") subject to the ordering policy detailed below:

  • Eligibility : An order will be allowed to those who have an active bank account and/or a valid Israeli credit card and who have an e-mail address that will be provided at the time of purchase on the site. The order can be paid for by the means available on the site and may change from time to time at the discretion of the factory. The price of the products includes VAT as required. A minor placing an order will be considered a minor who has received the permission of his parents/guardians to make the purchase on the site.
  • Service Policy : Services will be provided in accordance with the description presented at the beginning of the service. The factory and/or the site management, its operators, managers or employees are not responsible for physical, financial or any other damage that may occur during or following the service or the purchase or use of products.
  • Cancellation of an order by the site or the factory : The site management reserves the right to cancel a service or stop ordering products at any time. Notice of cancellation or stoppage by the company will be given to the user, and the company will refrain from charging the user's credit card or refund any amount paid for the products, to the extent paid.
  • Cancellation of an order by you: The policy for canceling a transaction and returning products is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Transaction Cancellation), 5771-2010 and the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. A service may be canceled at any time, provided that the customer notifies the site management of the cancellation at least 30 days before the service is performed. In the event of cancellation of services, the customer will not be charged for the service. A refund cannot be received for services that have been performed. Cancellation of a product purchase will be possible up to 24 hours from the date of placing the order, provided that the order has not been shipped. 

  1. Limitation of liability.

The factory is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from use of the site, participation in activities or groups, or use of products ordered through it. Or from any other activity directly or indirectly related to use of the site or to any connection with the factory of any kind.

  1. Canceling a registration or order.

The factory reserves the right to cancel a group registration or product order in the event of a violation of the terms of use or for any other reason.

  1. Abuse.

Every user of the site and its services undertakes not to engage in any activity that could harm the dignity of the enterprise or its users or make them laugh, disrupt the site's activities, harm intellectual property, disrupt its activities or the enterprise's activities, gain access to information about users or hack into the site's security mechanisms. In the event of misuse, the site's management may act against the user and against any activity by any legal means at its disposal, including blocking the user from accessing the site and taking legal proceedings against him.

  1. Jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to these Terms shall be vested in the courts of Jerusalem.

  1. Information gathering.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as name, email address, shipping address, and information related to group registration or product ordering. This personal information will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties without your consent.

The information collected is used by us to manage registration for various groups and activities, process and fulfill product orders, contact regarding activities or orders, improve the service and adapt it to the needs of users, send updates and information about the factory's activities. You can request deletion from the database and revoke your consent to receive mailings at any time. If you joined groups through the site on another social network (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.), the use and disclosure of information also depends on the policies of these networks and you must take this into account. 

  1. Information sharing .

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with group administrators to manage registration and activities and with service providers (such as delivery companies) to fulfill orders.

  1. Information security.

The site is secured through the use of advanced security measures aimed at ensuring proper use and safe browsing of the site, as well as to maintain user privacy.

The site uses cookies to improve the user experience, manage registrations and orders, and collect statistical information. You can set your browser to reject cookies.
